It’s time for our first call for miles! Today (Sunday) is the last day of our week. So, tell me, how was your week?
I had a couple of good work-outs, a couple of lazy days and we had some great weather. Over-all, I had a good week. I’m so enjoying Spring that has appeared here in the northwest.
Leave a comment and let me know your miles for this week. Remember no half miles. I’ll update on Monday.

ReplyDelete11 for me. It was 8, but then the youngest wanted to go for a walk. And he didn't want to just take a quick stroll! We went 3 miles today. It was great!
ReplyDeleteI'm in again and going for 150 this time. I had 10 this week, thanks! -- Kara
ReplyDeleteI had an amazing week! ONE MILE!!! Way to kick it off lol! This week will be better. :D
ReplyDelete5 miles
ReplyDelete5 to start me off. Not too bad, I just need to make it more frequent. My goal is 45 min/day this week. That should get me better on track.
ReplyDeleteHi again. This is so exciting. I am trying to lose weight, but am not doing so well. I am now trying to exercise 90 minutes a day and by the number of miles, you can see this isn't happening every day. :) Anyway, thanks for letting me in again. I'm not sure if I told you that I am going for 150 miles. This week I got 21 of it.

I did 11 this week! My motivation is to be ready for PTC! Sandra
ReplyDelete8 for me. :) Julie C.
ReplyDeleteI'm off to a good start this round- I hope I can keep it up! I got 33 miles in this past week. Loved Heather's post, tried to comment there, but couldn't figure it out.
ReplyDeleteIf 15 minutes of cardio = 1 mile than Zumba Monday + Sunday = 12 miles! Otherwise "just" 4 miles (I park 1/2 mile away from work so that adds up pretty fast)! I need to run again...
ReplyDeleteOh and Friday, forgot once I felt better I snuck in an extra session (1 addtional hour)
ReplyDeleteI got in 10 miles last week!! HOORAY! Oh, and now it's snowing and blowing outside. Is it spring yet?! (Heather H.)
