I can’t believe it is June! Just a few more weeks in this challenge. Apparently, spring is our quarter for exercise. More people than ever are still reporting numbers to me each week. I am loving it!
How was your week? Today is the last day of this week. Leave a comment – and be sure to check my math!
I got 16 miles last week. I kicked my own butt since I had two injuries from previous runs. I had pushed myself a little hard so I was in pain but with a little rest and pampering I got to join my hiking group friends on a long steep hike to Dog Mountain this week. It was so hard but I was so ready for the challenge and I did it. I feel so good and it definately helps keep me motivated to strengthen my body even more to prepare it for PTC and the hike at Mt. St. Helens. I can do it!! I'm headed to Arizona for a month to blistering heat. I may have to get up at 4a. to get a run in or it may be a sad month for me. Wish me luck.
ReplyDelete2 for me. Slow and steady... :P
ReplyDeleteHeather H: 6 for me!
ReplyDelete7 for me!
ReplyDelete34, I had a good week! But I'm going to have to do the rest of the challenges with weeks like this if I'm going to get my goal. One thing that will help is I signed up for the Mt. Nebo marathon in September!
ReplyDeleteI only did 3. :( I went out of town so my schedule was off. I'm still on track to get 100 though!
ReplyDeleteSorry!!! Didn't realize I hadn't commented till just now! 23 for me.
