How was your week? Did you sweat? I had a pretty good week – a few good walks and some bike riding with my youngest son. Leave me a comment with your miles. Just a couple more weeks of this challenge! We will wrap it up on Monday, September 30. Just two weeks away.

  1. 15 for me- recovery from the half impeded my workouts this past week, but everything is back to normal so I should do better the next 2 weeks and meet my goal.

  2. I have *so* fallen off the horse this go-around!!! I guess give me 5 miles to bring me up to date for the last month or so that I haven't checked in. 5 miles might even be a stretch! Baby & no sleep & vacation & school & hubby's new job... LOTS of excuses, I know. I'm trying really hard to get myself back on a schedule so that there's a spot for exercising. I did it this morning! Now I just gotta keep it up :)
