It’s the end of week two. How was your week?

I started strong, but kind of fizzled. We had a super-busy week. Luckily, this week shouldn’t be as busy and my walking partner is back in town after a week in Florida. It’s amazing how motivating a friend is. :)

  1. I got 10 miles this week. I did a variety this week - one walk, one hike, one swim class, and a day of weights at the gym. It was good to get out and enjoy some of the beautiful sun we have been having in the pacific NW.

  2. 10 miles for me. I am a walker, but wanna be a runner/jogger. I am going to start working on that,. . . slowly. Let's get our sweat on for week 3!

  3. Im in this time. I'm going to try to get to 100 but that's probably pretty lofty. I didn't have any last week but will have some to report for next week!
