Wow! In to August already. Hard to believe!
Today is the end of another week. How did it go? Are you getting closer to your goal? This week I tried out swimming as exercise -- it's hard! but, I enjoyed it.

9 for me this week. I did one long walk, one short walk, 30 minutes of lap swimming as well as time rowing in a kayak.
ReplyDelete6 for me this week. My total should be 32. I am starting the C25K. . . again. Let's hope my determination is victorious this time. I want to run a 5k in October. Slow and easy, but continual running is my goal.
ReplyDelete16 miles. I did a 6 mile walk on Saturday and it went really well.
