I have loved this challenge because it gives me a goal and something to work towards.
How was your week? Today (Sunday) is the last day of week two. Did you set a mini goal for the week? Did you meet it?
I got most of my miles this week on the beach – that might just be the best way to get miles in. :) Now, we’re home from vacation and it’s back to the usual.

This week was awesome - 22 miles logged between the gym and the trail. Feeling good! Today is my baby's birthday, so I am giving myself a break! : )

ReplyDelete20 miles--I had a good week. Got some miles in hauling rocks up and down a hill for a service project I worked on with our youth. A super good feeling of accomplishment, but my body aches! Good luck this week!!
