Ugh! I got a big fat ZERO. Frustrating how I do well one week and then awful the next. I'll keep trying...
23 miles for me this week
6 for me this week. I can do better than that. This week will be hard with my training program but I'm up for the challenge.
Finally getting started. 8 for this week. Just need it to warm up a little so I can add some actual running to my routine. Just dancing and swimming right now.
