Call for Miles | Week 8

{source}  -  This poster made me laugh…it works for us walkers too.

Today (Saturday) is the last day of week 8. How was your week? How are you doing on your goal? We have five weeks left. Do you need to readjust your goal?

Leave a comment with your miles. As always, please check my math – it’s not my strong point!

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend! Make sure you clip a pedometer on before you take that hike! See you next week!

  1. Oh my gosh that picture is so funny and too true!

I don't think I left a comment last week. Only 6. This week: 15. WOOT. I don't think I'll make 100 with the vacations we have, but I'm sure going to kick it up and see what I can do!

  4. Stacy here, 55 miles- only because the weekend is broken in half so I have two long runs this week. I'm now in the taper for the marathon, so my mileage will drop for a couple of weeks. I hope I can still make my goal!

    Liked the picture!

  7. 12 miles for me (Heather H.) this week...I'm hopeful that if I can get in 5 solid days of walking each week, our 4 mile stretch that I'll make my goal. Fingers crossed!!

  9. 14 for this week. I was SO happy to get up to 25 min. of running in my program (even with the altitude addition, and I was proud!), but had knee problem afterward. Enough to hobble me for the past 6 days. I had to cancel planned hikes, walk, etc. Dang! Just got back in town and made an appt with my orthopedist next week. I realize how much exercise keeps me healthy physically, mentally and socially. Grovel, grovel...
