How was your week? We’ve had record heat in my little part of Oregon and it made me very lazy. Not good.
Next week will be a big one for me though, and I hope I hear that whisper of ‘can’ as I’m tackling a seven mile leg of Portland to Coast – it’s my fourth year participating and I’m so excited!
Let me know your miles for week 7, and good luck next week!
Heather H. - 24 last week, which is a personal weekly best and I chalk it up to getting in a small after-dinner walk a couple of nights (mostly to wear my son out before bed, but the extra mile or two doesn't hurt!).
ReplyDelete24 is pretty impressive! Amazing what a short after dinner walk does for the kids -- and the moms!
Delete22 for me. I don't know if I'll make my goal this time. i'll have to step it up.
ReplyDeleteYou're a little more than halfway there so I figure you are doing quite well! You'll get there!

Good luck on PTC!!! So jealous!! I'll be rooting for you!!
I love that you are so honest, Cheryl. Good luck this week! You can do it!
Delete6.
ReplyDeleteIt's been a lousy couple of weeks. I'm going to change it up this week and try to exercise after lunch (heat. yuck.), but hopefully then I'll at least be able to squeeze it in.
It's been so hard for me to get my exercise in this summer too. Good luck with the heat after lunch!
DeleteIt was hot, hot, hot here and I didn't get much. One boot camp class and one walk with friends. Total of 6 miles for me!
ReplyDeleteSorry for the LATE reporting! I did 16 miles this week. Not too many but all but 3 of them were running miles and the other 3 were hiking up lots of hills with my kids so I will take it!
ReplyDeleteWeek 7 just about killed me...but it is so gratifying to announce my # was 28!!
