Last week, I asked what some of your “mantras” are and I enjoyed reading them. I thought about this one this week because that is what I needed to tell myself: Keep going. Just keep going! If we do, we get to our goals eventually. Thanks for the inspiration, Timber. :)

ReplyDeleteHeather H. - week 4 was 12 miles; week 5 was 20 miles! I finally hit that 20 mile/week goal I set for myself on the last challenge! I'm going to try for it again this week!
