Today (Sunday) marks the end of week 3! How are you feeling three weeks in? How did you do?

I had a better week this week. I went to a couple work out classes at my church and did my step work out once.

Any goals for this week?

  1. week 3:

I slacked a couple days at the beginning of the week, but made up for it by the end...and I've been SO sore trying to ramp back up. But, I'm really happy with one outing. We hiked to this natural spring and hauled water back. I saw a couple do this last month and wanted to do it also. Granted the guy was carrying a 5 gallon bottle on his shoulder, and his girl a one gallon in her hand. I opted for one gallon in each hand, and was happy with the effort!

I have 22 for this week if you count 2 miles of hiking as 2 miles. Or, if you count the 2 hrs spent on the trail, then I have 28.

(as I pulled out my tracking calendar, I see I gave you the wrong mileage for week 1 (should be 25), plus week 2 (21) should be 45 until today)

  2. ONE whole mile for me this week...and that might be a little bit of a stretch :P

We got sick and my husband was out of town all week too. I'm lucky to have made it off the couch at all!

  3. Fall break for the kiddos and Midterms for me (how's that for a combination?!) = only 3 miles this week.

  4. Well, I'm counting the time spent hauling items in and out of the house I did for a yard sale this weekend, so for that plus my other efforts- I did 14 miles. Yay! Shingles are gone too, with no blisters ever.

  7. I had 10 miles for the week. I thought I would share something I found humorous from my weight watchers meeting.
